Nick Bollinger - The Dellburgoes boast no fewer than 3 guitars in their front line and they’re not afraid to use them. But they clearly share something of The Datsuns garage band spirit; they shy away from the more metallic influences. Their inspirations seem to come somewhere less heavy and earnest, more rock n roll fun. I like the way this band can mix and match a Bo Diddley beat with a bluesy guitar riff and a nice melodic vocal hook. It’s raw and raucous but delivered with real skill and lot of genuine affection.
